Spacious home in the beautiful Green Mountains Situated on 10 beautiful acres with two ponds, a brook with a water hole, and views of the Green Mountains The space Inside, you will have a beautiful bedroom in a warm spacious atmosphere, where you will feel right at home surrounded by country style antiques and decorations. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a jacuzzi and sink in the bedroom (no toilet). The house is very large with many common rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with 2 dining tables and a beautiful wood stove, a living room with a fireplace, a family room complete with a TV and videos, an office/library/board game room with wifi, books and board games for all ages, a sun room, a large screened-in back porch where you can enjoy a meal or quiet contemplation, and a high off-the-ground deck. Outside, you will be surrounded by the beautiful Green Mountains. In the winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and children + the young at heart will enjoy our many sleds + toboggan. In the summer you can enjoy the pond with a canoe + tubes, the outdoor brick fireplace, hiking, volleyball, badminton, other games, and the gas barbecue grill on the deck. In the fall children will enjoy picking organic apples, pears, + plums in the yard and a world of incredible foliage abounds! Guests will have a private bedroom with shared bathrooms and six common rooms as well as a back porch and deck and beautiful yard. We have four/five bedrooms that are rented here so please see the other posts if you have a large group and we hope that we can accommodate you. If you have children and want an open-up cot, please contact us. During your stay Someone in our family will either be at the house or at a neighboring house so we are close and here to offer any help.
