The space The “Quercia Suite” studio (sleeps 2, 45 sqm) is composed of a big bedroom with a double bed (solution with two single beds is also available), dining area, fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The studio is situated in the dependence of 'Podere Pietreta' farmhouse, surrounded by the wonderful Val d'Orcia countryside. The studio is one of the wonderful apartments pertaining to the ‘Podere Pietreta’ agriturismo, an original Tuscan farmhouse from ‘700 surrounded by beautiful countryside and olive trees. The property was renovated dividing the house into apartments and rooms, carefully maintaining all the characteristics of the original Tuscan style and elegantly adding all modern comforts. The farmhouse is positioned on a hill with an incredible view of the Tuscany countryside, within the National Park of Val d’Orcia included by UNESCO in the World Heritage list. A private park of 3 hectares surrounds the property, including the swimming pool, the olive grove, the belvedere and the parking lot. In front of the “Quercia Suite” studio there is a private garden with patio, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and private barbecue, where guests can dine enjoying a wonderful view. Available for our guests there is a laundry room fully equipped with washing machine, drier, clothes horse, iron and ironing table. Guest access Our guests will be able to enjoy the incredible views from Podere Pietreta, swim in the Roman swimming pool, which is cleaned daily, and walk in the big Podere Pietreta park where you can easily see roes and other wild animals. Pets are allowed with prior notice. You can taste the great red wine produced here and appreciate the home-made marmalades and cakes. In fact you can have breakfast served at you place at the cost of €8 per person. The best restaurants in the area offer special discounts to Podere Pietreta guests.
