A spacious and stylish home in the wonderful mid-town St. Clair West neighbourhood. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place including parks, restaurants, speciality grocery stores and public transit. Soak up the sunshine with your morning coffee on the peaceful back deck overlooking a lush garden in the summertime and explore the nearby forested ravines and weekend farmer's market. The space The house is a spacious 3-bedroom home. There is a full bathroom upstairs with two sinks, a clawfoot tub, toilet and a separate shower. The second full bathroom is on the lower level. There is a laundry room available on the lower level as well. There is a front porch and back deck for relaxing and dining as well as a stone patio for more dining options. If you need a crib, please inquire. The house is NOT set up for toddlers or infants (i.e. not baby proofed) but we are happy to assist you in any way we can. This is a quiet neighbourhood with all neighbours respectful of noise levels so parties and events are not allowed. Guest access The area is fully walkable and bikeable. City bikes are available to rent and you can find the nearest location through the map on bikesharetoronto.com There are a number of locations nearby where you can easily pick up a bike including at the Wychwood Art Barns where there is a great farmer's market. If you have a car, there will always be somewhere to park. If you don't find a spot right outside the house, there will always be a space within a block or two. You will need a temporary parking permit that you can download online from the City of Toronto if you plan to leave your car on the street for longer than one hour during the day. There is a Green P parking lot one block west of the street on St. Clair, on the north Side. The St. Clair streetcar is steps away and a 10-minute ride will connect you to St. Clair West subway station. Other things to note Netflix, Prime (Apple TV) is available.
