A Warm and welcoming home with lovely guests rooms and very comfortable beds. We serve a delicious cooked breakfast and happy to accommodate guests with any dietary requirements they may have. We have a lovely garden and decking area and we now have a superb hot tub for guests to use. Plenty of parking with cctv security for your peace of mind. We have two letting rooms so if this room is full please see our other room Rise & Shine/Locks Heath/Whiteley/Warsash. In both guest rooms we provide a freshfruit and biscuit basket, a little something to tickle those taste buds. Tea, coffee and chilled water is always available. Guests are very welcome to relax on the decking under the large Parasols with a drink and snack in our lovely garden weather permitting. We now have a fabulous Hot tub which we encourage guests to use if they so wish. Receiving a wonderful massage while relaxing in 38c of warm pristine water. Extra towels are supplied, just bring your swimming costumes. The Hot Tub can be used rain or shine as it sits under a lovely wooden Gazebo, so sheltered from wind and rain. We would like to reassure our guests that their health, safety and well being is of paramount importance to us as hosts and we provide ppe, sanitising hand gel in every room, antibacterial handwash in all bathrooms and kitchen and all rooms are completely cleansed and sanitised before admitting new guests. We remain warm and welcoming but we will abide by the social distancing government guidelines of 2mtrs to ensure the safety of our guests and ourselves. We live in a very quiet hopefully crime free area but sadly in this day and age we must do everything to protect our property and for our guests peace of mind so we do have cctv installed inside and outside of the property. The outside cameras are always enabled but the cctv inside is off during your stay and only enabled when the we are not at home. Please see security section for further information. During your stay We are here to help in any way we can giving information about the local area and to make your stay as memorable as possible. Other things to note No need to bring towels (as some guests do). We try and provide everything you may need for a very comfortable stay. We supply shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Even a toothbrush if you have forgotten to bring one. Also luxury dressing gowns and slippers for your comfort during your stay.
