Family home in the Apikraina mountains - Western Sudetes

Apikraina is an agritourism, garden and apiary located in one of the most beautiful places in the area — on the Kapella Pass in the Kaczawskie Mountains, at an altitude of 615 m above sea level. From the house and garden there is a view of the Kaczawskie Mountains, the Jeleniogórska Valley and the Karkonosze Mountains. It is also an excellent base for exploring these three fascinating regions The space The area is full of attractions at any time of the year. You will walk along scenic trails, conquer old volcanoes, visit impressive monuments and learn and create together at creative workshops. In winter, white madness awaits you on the slopes of Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba (30 km), Mala Upa and Harrachov (45 km). For those who prefer more intimate slopes, we recommend the Czarnów-Ski station (40 km). You can go sledding with us or next door — on Łysa Góra (within a 10-minute walk) The Kaczawskie Mountains and Foothills, where we are located, are also called the Land of Extinct Volcanoes. It is a fascinating region full of attractions, and not crowded and untrodden. In Apikraina, each child will receive their own Passport of the Explorer of the Land of Extinct Volcanoes, in which they will document their adventures with stamps and stickers! Medals await at the end of the fun, but above all, a lot of great memories! We have 19 beds in 5 rooms. We designed the rooms and common space to best meet the needs of families with children. Our garden is over an acre of safe, fenced play space, and you will find a wide range of attractions and family workshops in the area. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen, equipped with dishes and pots necessary to prepare meals, at no extra charge. Spices, coffee, tea and an electric kettle are also in the kitchen and are available to guests free of charge. There is also a microwave and two induction hobs. The kitchen is connected to a children's play area, dining room and fireplace, which allows the whole family to spend time together. Each room has a fridge. For the youngest, high chairs, a bathtub and a travel cot are available free of charge. In addition, we provide our guests with free parking in a fenced and monitored area. There is also an independent place for a bonfire and barbecue in Apikraina. There is also a volleyball and badminton court and a recreational football pitch. From April, you can spend time in our summer gazebo equipped with benches and tables, with a place for a bonfire overlooking one of the highest peaks of the Kaczawskie Mountains.
