The room is found in a typical Portsmouth terrace house situated in Copnor. Ideal location for the Continental Ferry Port only 1.5 miles away. A short 10 minute walk takes you to nearby Ocean Retail Park. Designer outlet, Gunwharf Quays and Southsea beach can be easily reached by car in 15 minutes. Along the main road you can catch a bus to your desired destination. Please note there is NO RESERVED PARKING and guests arriving after 5pm will have to expect to park away from the house. During your stay Please feel free to relax in our home - if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. The room is for single occupancy and not open for other guests/visitors. Other things to note We do have INDOOR cats. They are not allowed in the bedrooms and we will close them off at night as not to disturb visitors during the night. Please keep particular noises down in the room, you can be heard and by the neighbours too with young families! As we work we would appreciate observing quiet times from 10.30pm
