Terrace We offer our customers: - sheets - shower towels - beach towels - hairdryer - iron Included in the price: a water supply (because it is not drinkable) at home, a weekly change of sheets and beach towels, and a change of shower/hand towels every 3 days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, to the parking area and to the shared swimming pool, obviously respecting the condominium rules. The Villa is located in a gated community complex respect of the neighborhood is highly request. Please be a good neighbor don't be loud in the common area and at night time --------------- LAUNDRY SERVICE ---------- Reservations between 3 nights are entitled to a washing/drying service included in the price. Reservations between 4 and 8 nights are entitled to 2 services included in the price. Etc. Reservations of 1 and 2 nights are not entitled to the service included in the price. For each additional service, the cost of a washing machine load is 20 USD. It will be enough to ask Valentina, our customer service manager, for the service. We offer cleaning every 3 days of the entire house, including the common areas.
