The Villa is perfect for a calm and memorable stay! The space Thoughtfully designed, this semi-detached villa has its own private entrance, and guests enjoy exclusive use of the garden and pool area. The villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen leading to a veranda—an ideal spot for lunch or dinner. The pool area is designed for total relaxation, offering a wide-open space for sunbathing , as well as shaded areas where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in comfort. The jewel of the villa is the outdoor home cinema, completed with a projector and a 1.50 × 1 m screen for magical movie nights under the clear Greek sky! The separate upper level of the villa will not be occupied during your stay, ensuring privacy. Guest access • 40 minutes from Athens International Airport • 15 minutes from the Port of Rafina (with departures to many islands of the Aegean and the Cyclades) • 10 minutes from the Port of Agia Marina (direct ferry to the island of Evia) • 40 minutes to the historic center of Athens, including major sites such as the Acropolis and Parthenon • 10 minutes from the famous Schinias Beach, part of a protected wetland and pine forest park of great ecological value (Natura 2000), with several lovely beach bars just outside the protected area Other things to note -For your convenience, renting a car is highly recommended to move around easily. -Dimensions of the swimming pool: 8m x 5m with depth 2.00m -The villa is equipped with bed linens and towels. -The villa is equipped with air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The open-plan living room and kitchen area does not have air conditioning, but it features large windows that can be opened to allow plenty of fresh air and natural ventilation.
