Near the beach, near downtown. Park your car in our private 2 car garage and walk or ride bikes (3 provided) around town. Newly remodeled throughout. Private outdoor patio. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, seating area, living room and 1/2 bath downstairs. Washer and dryer in our private garage. Desk and chair. Guest access Use everything except our surfboard. Enjoy garage, pool, hot tub, our own laundry in our private garage. 2 Floors. Other things to note Not a good place for loud parties. Homeowners association requires a tenant rental agreement that coincides with Airbnb reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will provide your email address so that we can send you the rental agreement for your signature. We do not accept third party or booker reservations.
