The spacious open-plan living and dining area provides the perfect setting for families, friends, or colleagues to relax after a day of exploring or working. The dining table comfortably seats six, and a dedicated desk area is available for those needing to work or study. The living area features a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services. Bright and airy throughout, the apartment offers generous storage space, with built-in wardrobes and drawers in the bedrooms for guests’ belongings. There is the chance at certain times that noise could be heard, for example in September there is a drive by of a selection Cars from Salon Privé with a live band and drinks after, Woodstock Live during the August Bank Holiday (hosting bands across 2 days) & on the 1st Monday and Tuesday in October there is a fun fair with rides. There could also be other community events taking place in the town hall square opposite, for example Morris dancing and farmers markets. Long Stay Cleaning Fee - Please note that stays longer than 3 weeks/21 Nights are required to pay a long term end of stay cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee of £325 will be charged after the booking has been confirmed. Missing or lost keys are charged at £50 per key to cover cost of cutting and re-instating to the property.
