2 double rooms, in large 4 bedroomed house. Clean/quiet Located on the north side of Nottingham City in a quiet and safe residential area. It is 3 km (2.3 miles) from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from East Midlands International Airport. Nottingham University Jubilee Campus is only 2 miles away from the house. If you require another campus there is a hopper bus from Jubilee campus that can take you to others. Queens Medical Centre (QMC) university hospital is 3 km away (2.3 miles). The space There are 2 Double rooms available immediately in a large 4 bedroom detached house with parking facilities, lockable bike store, and large private back garden with BBQ and seating area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and 2 ovens, washing machine with combi boiler gas central heating, downstairs w.c. and fully refurbished bathroom. There is wi fi and freeview / digital T.V. in each room. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk with chair and lamp. PLEASE NOTE that there are 2 rooms available one room may be booked out at the same time as you so please check if this is a problem. There are 2 rooms available for family and friends type bookings. Both rooms overlook a private quiet back garden. PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN OR INFANTS this is due to the fact I may have other guests and do not wish for them to be disturbed. It is a very quiet house. The bbq is an extra charge to use due to cleaning please enquire prior to booking if you plan to use it. For long term stays there will be a cupboard allocated for food and room in the fridge and freezer. Guest access No access to mine or other bedrooms that you are not assigned to. The dining area can be used for eating but I do not wish guests to sit in the living room area when I am watching t.v. or have a visitor. Kitchen is available for cooking. During your stay I am a secondary school teacher and live with my friend in a 4 bedroom house. I have a full clean Enhanced Crininal Records Bureau check / certificate which is available to view just ask. I am friendly and outgoing and would like to make your stay pleasant. I don't mind guests cooking for themselves. I lead a busy life and like my privacy so please be aware I may be out at the gym after work.
