The interior has a beautiful bright living room with a cozy alcove, wood-burning stove and exit to a partially covered, west-facing terrace area. Open kitchen area with all appliances. Bedroom and bathroom with shower. Annexes are not rented as they are used privately for storage. The house is located on a nice large plot with, among other things, a fireplace and space for various ball games. There is a smart TV in the living room with the option of using your own services (for example, Netflix or TV 2 Play) There is free WiFi (Fiber 50/50) The cottage is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump that can easily heat the house. Please note that you will be charged for consumption upon departure. Consumption is settled with the following prices: Electricity: 3.00 DKK/0.40 € per KWh Firewood: 35.00 DKK/4.70 € per 10 kg Water: 80 DKK/10.40€ per M3 1 DKK = 0.13 Euro 1 Euro = 7.46 DKK The house is located on the busy cottage road Dybkærvej, but with a nice view of the field. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note We have a small dog that is in the cottage when we use it, so we do not recommend the house to people with allergies to furry animals.
