'Stones Throw' Our treasured cottage by the sea

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The space Update- Not pictured we now have a large Ercol daybed in the living room as well as the sofa for additional seating and 4 Ercol stacking chairs and a much larger table in the kitchen making seating and dining more comfortable. Sitting Room A lovely cosy sitting room, with a large comfy sofa, large Ercol daybed, an armchair and a wood burning stove. Play/ Yoga room Room dedicated to play! with portable record player and records, Many wooden toys and children's books. Yoga mat. Floor cushions. Glass double doors leading to garden Kitchen/ diner A galley kitchen which is very well equipped for entertaining and baking. Sunny/ glass window area at the back with dining table to fit 5 people. Double doors lead to the garden Downstairs bathroom Moroccan tiled bathroom with rain shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating, basin and soft close WC First Floor Bedroom one A lovely light bedroom to the front with upholstered king sized bed and bureaux. En suite bathroom with full bath, wc, and basin and sea views Bedroom Two Comfy/ full adult sized bunk bed, wardrobe and cupboard. Vintage dolls house and toys. Garden A lovely sun filled pebble garden filled with local plants and rosemary, with a large table to seat up to 8, with parasol. Nordic lounge chairs for 2. Table in 'playroom' for working downstairs and bureaux for working upstairs Webber BBQ and fire pit 70 MB fibre broadband Internet Baby gates at top of stairs Many toys and books to entertain children High chair and travel cot available, please bring you own bedding. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels as they will not be provided.
