Romantic house with a view in the Aveyron

A charming cottage on a hilltop in the French countryside. Surrounded by peaceful gardens. Large swimmingpool with fabulous views. During Summertime the area sparkles due to outdoor activities, concerts (classical and jazz), theatres, (evening)markets and brocantes. Belcastel, Najac, Villeneuve, Figeac, Sauveterre de Rouergue etc., beautiful medieval villages that can easily be reached. Directly from the house lovely walks can be made, also down to the river Aveyron. The space The house has 3 floors. On ground floor you will find a fully equiped kitchen, as well as a side kitchen, with wide rangecooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There is a seperate utility room with washingmachine and dryer. The kitchen has access to the sunny terraces at the rear. The cosy living room has a woodburner, tv with English, French and German channels and dvd. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. On the 1st floor you'll find the main bedroom (1). The size of the bed is 180x200cm. This room has a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The balcony on the 1st floor has beautiful views. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200cm). Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200cm). Bedroom 3 has a bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedlinen, towels and pooltowels are provided. A private pool in a secluded rural setting. The pool is southfacing. It has easy entry steps (roman style). We have deckchairs and umbrellas for a lazy day at the pool.
