Crystal Bridges is a one mile walk or bike ride away on a trail which runs thirty-six miles from Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of this 2200 square foot home with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with tv and comfortable seating, a dining area, a back deck off the kitchen overlooking a natural wooded area, a romantic deck off the master bedroom, a front patio, three bedrooms with king sized beds, two full baths and a powder room, a spa tub and walk-in shower in the master bath, and a two car garage. There's a half pickelball practice court in the garage, a basketball hoop on the driveway and a kareoke party room that doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair and high speed internet. Open floorplan indoors and lots of outdoor space makes it a great place to entertain. Bicycle enthusiasts love this location. Lots of trails to explore during the day, and lots of night life to enjoy just a block away. The spacious two car garage provides safe bike storage with a bike rack and bike wash also available. The Razorback Greenway is a 36 mile paved bike/walking trail that runs by the house. Many dirt trail systems are accessed from the Greenway. Slaughter Pen trails start two blocks north of the house. Looking to ride off-road but stay in the city? Slaughter Pen is the ideal urban off-road bike park. You get clean flow, major downhills and plenty of berms. Blowing Springs is on eight mile ride north from the house. Vast bluff faces and streams trickling down the rocks are just a few of the highlights you’ll encounter on the six-mile Blowing Springs Loop. Also in Bella Vista is Huntley Gravity Park, a local favorite. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is 3.3 miles northwest from the house. Coler provides a singular experience where cyclists can get a taste of almost every type of trail the region offers, nestled within its 300 acres. The preserve is a tranquil environment to feel revitalized and where each person, regardless of age or ability, can participate in active recreation. If you aren't a biker, go walk there! It's beautiful! Many other bicycle adventures are a short drive from the house. Other things to note There is a half pickelball court in the garage for practicing your backhand!. Paddles and balls are in a bag hanging from a door knob. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway. The ball is in a box in the garage. Please put it back in the box when you are finished with it.
