Each floor has a magnificent view of the sea from one side and of the mountains from the other . The property offers all the amenities that are necessary to feel at home away from home: air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, high speed WI-FI, bedding, kitchenware, hair dryer. The third floor is a large entertainment area, with a wonderful view of the sea and high mountains, which is an ideal place to meditate and take up yoga. There is a free parking for 2 cars. The nearest highway is 3 minutes walk away from the villa, while the nearest store is 5 minutes on foot. The Villa is located only 250 meters from the beach. There is a restaurant with delicious cuisine and a community pool on the beach. Other things to note The guests will be required to pay 200 Euros in cash as a deposit, which is fully refundable in case there are no damages upon check out. The property is equipped with a water reservoir, which will be provided full at the time of guests' arrival, In case the water is not sufficient for the entire stay, guests are required to fill the reservoir at their own expense (20 Euros for 8 cubic meters).
