Second floor, 2 Bedroom Apartment with Mountain Views. A small porch in the back provides some privacy for relaxing outdoors. Our place has a queen bed in one bedroom, a twin with matching trundle in another, and even a comfortable full size pull out from the leather couch. A great location for skiing, hiking, ATV's, or even a central locale for traveling to family attractions - just 30 minutes from Jefferson & North Conway. The space Berlin, NH offers all of your amenities of home, with North Country charm. We are within 1 mile of downtown, with Dunkin Donuts, 24 hr Irving Gas Station, and countless Restaurants in town or neighboring Gorham. Wal-Mart Supercenter is just minutes away... Cleaned after every stay, comfortable bedding awaits after a fun filled day on the trails or NH attractions. We now have high speed internet! There are an array of Disney VHS movies (as well as a Blue Ray player) if needed. We do have a small TV in the Living Room & one Bedroom, apps with access: Youtube TV, Disney+, and Netflix. Please use the “Guest” Accounts when applicable. Kitchen has small coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Refrigerator, and electric oven. Plenty of cookware and dining essentials for you to use. New, small washer/dryer in the kitchen can be used for your convenience! Guest access Please park up to 2 cars in the driveway (on the right side), trailers can be along front side of home if needed - except during City Parking Restrictions like snow storms, etc. Other things to note Our Co-Hostess lives downstairs and can assist if anything does not meet your expectations!
