No.1 Shepherd’s Cottages - steps from Camber beach

The Salty Shepherd’s newest venture, No. 1 Shepherds Cottages is one of two newly renovated cottages in Camber Sands. It has a good sized pretty south facing garden to the rear which backs onto farmland. The cottage is at the end of a private farm drive and the beach is only steps away across the road. Our guests tell us it offers all they could want for a peaceful rural break, just a couple of minutes from the beach. The space The cottage, like its only neighbour, is detached with a large kitchen diner and living room downstairs, along with a small playroom/study which also has a very comfortable double futon and shower room. There is a large utility room off the kitchen with access to the garden which has a large decked area and the rest laid to lawn. Upstairs there are two rooms with king sized beds and a twin room, along with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The space is ideally suited for a family break and there are plenty of games provided for children. The fenced garden is dog and child proof and has views over the marsh. The sun sets right on the deck, perfect for evening barbecues! No. 2 Shepherd’s Cottages, right next door, and our shepherds hut are also available to rent, subject to availability. Other things to note We have a three night minimum stay at all times of the year, with week long bookings over peak times (school holidays). Fewer nights may be available however for last minute bookings! Dogs are welcome but we ask for £20 per dog per stay. We also ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the sofas/armchairs.
