Other things to note No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all! Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs that have not been approved. No events or parties of any kind are permitted. Condo association paperwork and copy of ID are required for this property. This must be filled out and returned to Resort Rentals PRIOR to arrival on grounds. The Tides requires a 30 night minimum for all stays. All guest MUST bring a personal check to leave for deposit for FOBS needed for grounds access. The Tides will not accept Cash/Credit Card for deposit.
