Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly rental. Our cozy escape provides a place to relax and re-energize. Others may choose to utilize it as the central hub for your coastal ME adventure. 5-minute drive to the highway (I95) to explore our beautiful state, a quick 15-minute drive to several beaches, UNE, hiking trails, horseback riding, whale watching, exploring our microbrews or shopping. This central location provides flexibility to have some downtime or an adventurous vacation. The space This property is located off route 111 which is a main road, but it is set back about 150ft off the road. From the front yard you will see the neighbor (about 100ft away), but the backyard is private. You will enjoy the large treelined back yard. It is a renovated approximately 1000 sqf manufactured home. It has toys on site, bath towels, bed linens, fully equipped kitchen and yard. The bedrooms are split bedroom floor plan (one on each end of the house) with an open concept general living area. You need to climb stairs to get into either entrance. The master bedroom has an en suite bath a queen-size bed and a window AC with another window for fresh air if you do not like AC. The en suite has a large tub. The second bathroom is another full bath immediately next to the second bedroom. This room has a fan or you can roll the portable AC from the living room into this room at night. Arundel is a small town sandwiched between two coastal communities, Biddeford and Kennebunk. Both have beautiful rocky coastlines. Guest access Ample parking on site. If you bring a boat you have a place to park that too! There is an electronic lock on the front door with keys inside if you choose to lock both locks or just use the electronic lock. Code will be sent the day of your arrival. Other things to note This is an older, but renovated property (as seen in the pictures).
