Two bedrooms with bathroom in the attic + garden

Uncomplicated coexistence and you have your own room with bathroom in the attic. Good transport links and always parking in front of the house. The space - Preferably only women or couples. Two en-suite bedrooms are available. Room 1 has a 160 cm wide bed. Room 2 has a 140 cm wide bed. This room is ideal for single travelers. All three rooms are in the attic, where you have your very own floor. In summer it can be warm under the roof. Of course, the bed is freshly made and towels are available. In the bathroom, the necessary things are available, otherwise I will gladly help out. In the room there is a kettle, tea and a small coffee maker. Of course, you can share the kitchen and cater to yourself. There is enough space in the fridge and that you share, for example, milk for coffee or spices for cooking, is self-evident to me. I am a true Hamburger and can give you tips and secret places. You can have breakfast for yourself or with me. My terraced house has a garden that you are welcome to share. It is 5 minutes to the S-Bahn (Hochkamp), 1 minute to the bus (286) and 10 minutes walk to the sunsets on the Elbe beach. By S-Bahn (suburban train), you are in the city center in 20 minutes. When I don't need it, my bike is available. The west of Hamburg is considered one of the most beautiful districts of Hamburg - for insiders it is too!
