The space Pilissy Guest House is an entire three-level home of approximately 100 m², lovingly renovated to combine authentic Italian character with modern comfort. The house offers beautiful views of Lake Como, Isola Comacina and the surrounding mountains from multiple levels. Three balconies and a spacious terrace provide wonderful places to enjoy the scenery and atmosphere of the lake. The interiors feature distinctive design elements and custom-made furnishings, creating a warm and individual character throughout the home. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and is especially suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. Baby and child-friendly amenities are also available. High-speed Starlink internet provides a reliable connection for guests who wish to stay connected while enjoying Lake Como. Pilissy Guest House offers the privacy and character of an entire home rather than an apartment — an ideal base for discovering Ossuccio, Tremezzina and Lake Como. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Our local manager will meet guests in person as part of the check-in process. Guests also receive a personal access code approximately one hour before check-in. This allows access to the house if, for example, they arrive shortly before the manager or if needed for practical reasons. The access code does not replace the required in-person check-in with our local manager. Other things to note Please let us know approximately one hour before your arrival so our local manager can prepare for your check-in. Please note that there is no private parking at the house. You may stop briefly in front of the property for loading and unloading, and several free public parking areas are available approximately 150–200 metres from the house.
