A gorgeous 1926 home close to Downtown, Health District, Wynwood, Buenavista, Design District as well as the Grove and Coral Gables and 10 driving minutes to South Beach. Located in a safe secluded historic neighborhood - Grove Park- it has easy access to 836 east and west, I95 North and South and 395 to Miami Beach. The University of Miami has a Wellness Center just across the river - Free for the first day and $15.00 X day thereafter. Fantastic yoga, pilates, barre, spinning and water aerobics as well as a complete gym with sauna and steam rooms. You can bicycle to most interesting neighborhoods in Miami from our house- Citi bikes- has several stations scattered around the city. Guest access You have the entire house to enjoy with the exception of a third room which is our office. We have a back cottage in the back of the house which is listed through Airbnb and is usually occupied by short term guests. You will share the back garden with them but you will enjoy the deck with the big mango tree shade all for yourselves. There is a garden shower that we will instruct you how to turn on and off.It is so good on a hot sunny day :) Other things to note Parking is on the street and during ball games we will provide a parking permit.
