Located off of Pioneer Trail on a Dead End Street which opens onto land owned by the forest service department, this comfortable cabin has sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people (children under 2 are free). The cabin is minutes from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, the Lake and the Casino Area. It is about a 20 minute drive to Sierra Ski Ranch. There is Taxi and Uber/Lyft Service available. It is a two story with 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Inquire about our Pre-arrival shopping service and daily cleaning. Entire home including decks, balcony, and backyard. There is a step up on the deck in order to enter the property. We have a neighbor that provides snow removal. The maintenance and cleaning company contact is Margaret. Her number is posted in the cabin. Quiet neighborhood with other rentals and locals mixed. Forest service meadow at the end of the street great for exploring, hiking and sledding. Yard is not fenced. taxi and uber are avilable We have a strict no-pet, no smoking/vaping/drugs, no party policy. Late/Early checkout/check-in is available with prior arrangements. There is a minimum $100.00 fee for late checkout without prior arrangements. Cleaning covers up to one week rental. Additional weeks will require an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per week. Grocery Service available for cost plus an additional fee. Give us your list and we will have the refrigerator and kitchen stocked and ready to go. Daily maid service available for an extra fee and by prior arrangement. These services must be booked 2 weeks prior to rental and are subject to availability. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway to allow for snow removal. The driveway is suitable for 3 smaller cars- two straight in and one parked across the back of the other two.- or 2 larger vehicles. Parking is only allowed on the paved driveway area. Sorry, we are having a problem with the fire place and it is not available for use at the moment. Children under 2 are free, but please message us the total number in your group. Cabin is suitable for children, however please use caution the walkways (can be slippery and icy), the stairway, the washer/dryer and with the water as it can be very hot. The upstairs slider should remain closed and locked when not is use- children should be supervised by an adult at all time.
