Coursehill Barn Annexe is a romantic one bedroom dog friendly Cotswold holiday barn in a beautiful rural location, just a stone's throw away from charming villages and gastro pubs. This detached converted dairy building located just south of Witney, features high ceilings and a cosy open-plan kitchen/living room with access to a big garden. A perfect base to explore Oxford and the Cotswolds. The space The Annexe is a cosy one bedroom detached converted dairy building near Witney with high ceilings and a large kitchen/living room with access to a large garden. It is part of a set of converted farm buildings in a rural location just outside Witney, nearby Brize Norton, and provides a perfect base to explore Oxford and the Cotswolds. The Annexe is furnished to a high standard and has private access, as well as off-street parking for up to 2 cars. The kitchen living area has a fully equipped kitchen, extendable dining table and chairs, and a 3-seater sofa. There is a Smart TV and a music system (Wi-Fi enabled). The bathroom has a large bath with a shower and the bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. Dogs are welcome in this pet friendly holiday home and there is a one-acre garden and a further one-acre field for them to run around. Please note there is some building work being carried out on a nearby barn from mid April to the end of June. There will be minimal disruption, however guests might notice some workmen in the vicinity. Please do ask us for any further information on this. Accommodation This one bedroom holiday home near Witney and Oxford sleeps two people and is perfect for couples and romantic getaways. It is private to the cottage and is not overlooked by the main barn and if the owner of the main barn is away, guests are welcome to use the table and chairs by the main barn which overlooks the garden Guest access Guest access information will be provided in the welcome letter. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 and under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them 1 well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional £40 per booking.
