Modern One Bedroom Private Ground Floor Annexe

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance. The space Our Annexe is perfect for one person, however it can easily and comfortably accommodate a couple for a short period. The double bedroom has a full size double bed, bedside table, lamp and double wardrobe. Off the bedroom is a superb en-suite shower room with fabulous shower, w.c and wash hand basin. Storage cupboard with a few essentials; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc, just in case you forget anything. The main entrance door opens into an open plan living room / kitchen. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, single eye level oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, single sink and drainer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, Air Fryer and slow cooker. All essential pots and pans, tableware, glasses and cutlery. Living room is equipped with a foldaway table and four chairs, shoe rack and two seater sofa. Digital TV, Sky and Alexa and WiFi. The Annexe has central heating and hot water via a combi-boiler. Outside to the front there is off street parking for one large or two small cars and small bistro table and two chairs outside the entrance door. Camelot has private access via garden. Right outside there is a small bistro table and two chairs, please feel free to use these. We always respect that not everybody is a dog person, if you don't particularly like dogs, please do let us know and we will always try to keep them in, but expect to be greeted by Gus & Ossie our Cocker Spaniels. We supply bedding and towels for your use; for longer stays we are happy to replace them as necessary, together with a welcome pack to start off your stay with us. Guest access The Annexe is self contained and our guests have full use of all of its private space. We provide ; breakfast essentials; fruit, cereal, bread, milk, juice, tea and coffee etc. Other things to note We do own two small Cocker Spaniels, they are very friendly but will not interfere with your stay.....unless you want them to!
