The space Welcome to a beautifully refreshed Bellport home thoughtfully designed with a curated mix of art, mid-century, antique, and modern furnishings. The space feels warm, welcoming, and beautiful. Main floor: - Open layout with a spacious kitchen island connecting seamlessly to the dining area - A bright “summer” living room with large windows overlooking the private fenced backyard, complete with a grill and outdoor seating for relaxing or entertaining -A separate “winter” living room with a cozy fireplace and a pullout sofa, ideal as an extra guest room during warmer months Upstairs: - Three bright, well-proportioned bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and a third with a twin trundle (two twin beds) - Full bathrooms on each floor, both with bathtubs for your comfort Each floor has a full bathroom with a tub for your comfort. We have created an allergen-free environment — no feathers, down, or carpeting throughout — to help you breathe easy and relax. The serene neutral tones and architectural attention to detail make this space a true sanctuary. The Village of Bellport is a special place to visit—charming, walkable, and full of coastal character. We’re excited to welcome you! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and a fully fenced backyard with a peaceful herb garden — ideal for morning coffee or evening BBQs. The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles for your convenience., though please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Beach Lovers Welcome! There are several great options nearby to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea: Mother’s Beach (Bay Beach) – calm waters ideal for families. Just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for families or a relaxing day by the bay. Ho-Hum Beach on Fire Island – tranquil and less crowded Fire Island gem. A 15-minute ferry ride away. Requires a Village-issued resident card (details below). Smith Point Beach (Ocean Beach on Fire Island) – expansive ocean beach with ample parking. About a 20-minute drive. Parking is easy in the Suffolk County lot. Non-resident parking is $18 per car (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Patchogue Ferry Terminal – A 10-minute drive for ferries to Davis Park and Watch Hill, both beautiful Fire Island destinations. Important Note About Ho-Hum Beach: Accessing Ho-Hum Beach via ferry requires a Village-issued resident ID card. Guests may apply for this card, and the village will charge you directly. We’ll assist you with the application process to make it as smooth as possible. With the same resident card, guests may also access additional amenities like tennis, golf, and more. Please respect our quiet hours — no parties or events to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval, house rules, and a refundable deposit.
