The space The outbuilding is located at the back of the house and has a separate entrance, with no direct access to the main house. For your comfort, you can relax in the beautiful garden and fully enjoy the south facing terrace, as well as the heated pool, reserved exclusively for our guests and out of sight. Cooking takes place exclusively by the pool, in the summer kitchen, where a griddle, a gas cooktop, and an electric oven are at your disposal. Guest access Access to the outbuilding is only from the outside, via an independent entrance. Your vehicle may be parked in the immediate vicinity of the outbuilding. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire outbuilding, including the veranda, the large bedroom, the bathroom, the summer kitchen, the swimming pool, and the garden located at the back of the house. The entire back of the property is entirely reserved for you: there is no common or shared area. For your arrival, we will always be there to welcome you. Just let us know your approximate arrival time. Other things to note Around Rennes: the sea, its seaside resorts, and its must-sees! The coast is one of the major attractions, with must-visit seaside resorts that are easily accessible from Rennes: - Saint‑Malo, a privateering town by the sea, with ramparts, a sandy beach, and a distinctly maritime atmosphere. - Dinard, an elegant resort on the Côte d'Émeraude, with a large beach, a casino, and views of Saint‑Malo. - Mont‑Saint‑Michel adds a spectacular touch: a medieval island listed as a World Heritage Site, surrounded by vast shingle beaches and impressive tides, perfect for a getaway combining sea, history, and nature. - Cancale, famous for its oysters and its harbor, with lovely walks and coves along the bay. - Saint‑Lunaire and Saint‑Briac‑sur‑Mer, quieter and very family-friendly, with sandy beaches and marinas lined with villas. In addition, land-based destinations such as Fougères (with its medieval citadel and forests), Dinan (a medieval town on the Rance River), and the Brocéliande Forest (a mythical site from the Arthurian cycle) offer a bucolic and historical break, but it is above all the sea, with its beaches, harbors, and iconic islets, that gives the region around the 35 its true tourist appeal.
