Kerrytown Loft—A Diamond in the Rough

This quirky little gem of an apartment is conveniently located walking distance to many of Ann Arbor's hot spots. Three minutes to Zingerman's Deli, Kerrytown shops, and the Farmer's Market, 10 minutes to Main street restaurants/bars, and under a 30 min walk to Michigan Stadium. Also walking distance to Argo Canoe Livery, trails, and several coffee shops. The space This is an old 19th Century home that has been subdivided into three separate apartments. As such, you will find some signs of it's "seasoned status." Check out the light switches in the foyer area. And the kitchen floor has a slight slant to it, a bit à la "mystery spot" ;-) The living room has an sleeper sofa Guest access You are free to use the entire apartment. Make some coffee, pour some wine, and please make yourselves at home! Also, I’m pretty flexible with check out, just let me know beforehand if you’ll need a later check out time. Other things to note Please note, the outside of the building is drab and CLUTTERED--it's an old house, and my landlady is an enthusiastic "collector of things." This is a special little apartment though, and in a GREAT location--truly "a diamond in the rough."
