Gregory view is a 200 year old barn conversion which is tucked away at the top of Grassington with views over the village and dales. It has steps leading up to a small patio and a garden with lawns and borders. There is an outdoor table to enjoy the Yorkshire sunshine if you're luck.. The village is a couple of minutes walk away as are the hills. Grassington has great local pubs , cafes and shops all on your doorstep. The charming market town of Skipton is 10 miles aways. The space You enter the cottage through a small porch into the living room. It's open plan downstairs with a dining table for 4 people. There's an inglenook with comfortable seating, a sofa and 2 armchairs. We put in a new kitchen with oak worktops, integrated fridge with small freezer box, integrated electric oven with gas hob and integrated slimline dishwasher. Upstairs is a double room and a twin room with 2 single beds. Adjacent is the bathroom with a shower over the bath. Guest access There is a key safe for gaining access to the cottage. I will send the code prior to arrival. Other things to note There is sometimes parking opposite the top of the cottage on the roadside but if this is taken there is free parking in front and behind the town hall which is only 25 metres away. If this isn't available there is a FREE PARKING PERMIT for the National park car park at the bottom of the village.
