Rental unit in Bad Segeberg

Our cozy and fully equipped 65 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of our 230-year-old half-timbered house, right on the Kalkberg, within walking distance of the open-air theater, Noctalis, downtown, shopping and Lake Segeberg, is now finally completed. It is ideally located for visiting the Karl May Games, concerts or to get to know the Segeberg region, the Baltic Sea, as well as Lübeck (20 minutes) and Hamburg (45 minutes). The space The vacation rental is divided into 1 large bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) with 2 slatted bases and 2 high-quality mattresses (07/18), 1 small bedroom with a dresser and a Hemnes daybed (80 x 200 cm / 160 x 200 cm), 1 living/dining room with a 2-seater sofa, an eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, renovated in 04/2025. A cozy south-facing balcony in the quiet courtyard invites you to have breakfast or relax. We also offer a travel cot with mattress for our very young guests (infants/toddlers). Guest access The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance in the garden/courtyard of the house via the balcony. Other things to note We have been renovating our house independently since 2014, and there are still some “construction areas” that will not affect your stay. In February 2024, we were able to complete the renovation of our vacation rental: Now, it finally has 2 separate bedrooms, each for 2 people, a living and dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom. The bathroom, which used to be accessible via the large bedroom, is now connected to the hallway. In addition, the living and dining room was made smaller to create another small, bright bedroom with a Hemnes daybed (80 x 200 cm or 160 x 200 cm when extended) and a dresser. Since 2024, we have been renovating diligently on and in the house. Now we have completed the bathroom of the apartment after 4-month renovation. In addition, the flat roof above the bathroom has been renewed. A balcony canopy is also to be created in the next few months, so that you could be outside even on warm rainy days. It should also be noted that bed linen and towels are to be brought. Otherwise, if provided, €10/stay/person!!! The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 installers. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.
