Small but beautiful

Single room in a beautiful flat in Cockfosters surrounded by mature, landscaped gardens 3 min walk from the Tube station (32 min to Oxford Street) and ideally situated for shops, cafes and restaurants. Stylish and very well kept home ideal for visitors to the city or if you keep office hours. There is no desk in the room and there is no allocated working space therefore is not suitable for people who work from home. The space 1930 period flat surrounded by mature, landscaped gardens in an ideal setting but 3min walk from the tube and near restaurants, cafes and shops. Guest access The bedroom, bathroom and light use of kitchen/dinning room. While I am happy for guest to lightly use the kitchen eg. fix salads, quick snacks and microwave meals but please leave things as you find them. No use of kitchen after 8.00 pm The sitting room is private. During your stay I have quite a full, busy life but like to interact with guests over a cup of tea or glass of wine over good conversation. My place is ideal for people who are going to be busy during the day but like to come back to a quiet and beautiful place. Other things to note Cockfosters is served by a variety of very good and popular restaurants and cafes ranging from Turkish, Greek, Italian, French, japonese and a very popular fish and chip shop. You can also find the Cock Inn, a lovely local pub in the vicinity as well as a Sainsbury's and a Marks and Spencer supermarket and continental shops. Check in times can be quite flexible but a window from 10 to 12 in the morning and after 18.00 in the everning suits best.
