Our summer house is located on the Szczecin Bay 100m from the waterfront. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with view on the Szczecin Bay. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a large balcony. In the garden there is a private playground, grill&viewing platform. You will find enough place to relax and enjoy the nature. Our home is located in a small village named Kopice. Here you will find a peace and quiet place in nature. The close forests, meadows and various bird species (including few rare specimens) will help enjoying your relaxing time.Terrein is protected by monitoring. A short trip with kayaks or canoes is a great opportunity to practice sport and to explore the wonderful Szczecin Bay. Guest access Guests have the entire fenced and monitored property for exclusive use. There is a safe with a code at the gate with the keys.
