New house in Torekov, golf, tennis, sauna & pool.

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill. The space The house is recently built and have all amenities needed. It algo has great views towards the fields and ocean in the south east. When season the patio on the backside is perfect for barbecues and out door dining or to just have a coffee break etc. It is also just in front of the pool area and sauna so you can take a morning swim or just a sauna with just a few steps from the front door. The tennis court is also a 1-2 minute walk from the house. Torekovs’ golf club is 10 min away walking as well. You walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes and Torekov harbor is also close if you want to lunch or have there. Note that it is not many places open there during off seasons Guest access Tennis court, sauna and social area can be booked for use and are usually accessible even at high season. Pool for the condominiums’ owners and guests are available too. Other things to note You will have access to the house keys etc. in a flexible and fast way.
