The space In the 60 sqm apartment, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped, you will not want for anything. The apartment has an open kitchen with living area, a bedroom with a large bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with XXL shower and underfloor heating, a west-facing terrace with awning and a utility room with washing machine. Large terrace doors allow direct access to the terrace and garden of the apartment. The standard overnight rate is €99. Wi-Fi is included. The following costs are included in the "Cleaning fee" item: - Surcharge for bed linen and towels for two people: €30 - Final cleaning fee: €65 - A deposit of €100, which we will refund to the guest after departure, taking into account any additional costs (additional towels and services on site). In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, over Christmas/New Year's Eve it is 5 nights. Your bikes can be safely parked in our garage. There is also a charging option for e-bikes. Shopping facilities are located in Uslar (Netto, 9 km; Lidl, Aldi, Rewe 11 km) or in Hardegsen (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe), about 13 km. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building with a separate, stepless entrance and a parking space next to the front door. Other things to note With its 509 inhabitants, Delliehausen is a district of Uslar, a historic half-timbered town that is considered a state-recognized resort and is also known as the "Uslarer Land holiday region". Surrounded by charming deciduous and mixed forests, the resort offers a variety of hiking opportunities. Popular destinations are the mountain lake as a natural swimming lake with a small sandy beach (800 m) or the Köhlerhütte with water treadmill and barefoot path (330 m). The forest trail, numerous nature adventure areas such as wet biotopes and meadow orchards as well as diverse stream landscapes make Delliehausen an ideal holiday resort to relax and unwind! In 2013, Solling was named the forest area of the year. The region also offers plenty of excursion options: nestled between the mountains of the Harz and the beautiful landscape of the Weserbergland, Delliehausen is an ideal starting point for numerous attractions and sporting activities such as hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The popular Weser cycle path is only 20 km away. Canoe tours and boat trips on the Weser are also guaranteed to keep you entertained. Go on a discovery tour: museums, palaces, castles, the Sababurg Zoo (33 km), the Neuhaus Wildlife Park (25 km), a heated outdoor pool in the neighboring town of Volpriehausen and numerous historic half-timbered towns in our area offer a varied leisure program. The historic towns of Einbeck (27 km) and Hann. Münden (44 km) are also worth a day trip and the university city of Göttingen (29 km) invites you to shop and offers plenty of cultural events. In the pottery village of Fredelsloh (10 km), you can experience arts and crafts up close - every day! In the season, you can also look over the shoulders of some potters and artisans on the weekends (even on Sundays).
