In the beautiful Weserbergland, to the south of the Solling-Vogler nature park in southern Lower Saxony, the idyllic resort of Delliehausen. The space In the 60 sqm apartment, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped, you won't lack anything. The apartment has an open kitchen with living area, a bedroom with large bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with XXL shower and underfloor heating, a west-facing terrace with awning and a utility room with washing machine. Large patio doors allow direct access to the terrace and the garden of the apartment. The standard nightly price is €99. Wifi is included. The following costs are included in the "Cleaning fee" position: - Extra charge bed linen and towels for two people: 30€ - Final cleaning fee: €65 - A deposit of €100, which we will refund to the guest after departure, taking into account any further costs (additional towels and services on site). In the summer season the minimum stay is 7 nights, over Christmas/New Year's Eve it's 5 nights. Your bikes can be safely parked in our garage. There is also a charging option for e-bikes. Shopping facilities are located in Uslar (Netto, 9 km; Lidl, Aldi, Rewe 11 km) or in Hardegsen (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe), about 13 km. Guest access The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our residential building with a separate, step-free entrance and a parking space next to the front door. Other things to note With its 509 inhabitants, Delliehausen is the district of Uslar, a historic half-timbered city, which is considered a state-recognized resort and is also known as the "holiday region of Uslarer Land". Surrounded by charming deciduous and mixed forests, the resort offers a variety of hiking opportunities. Popular destinations are the mountain lake as a natural swimming lake with small sandy beach (800 m) or the Köhlerhütte with water tread and barefoot path (330 m). The forest trail, numerous nature experience areas such as wet biotopes and orchards as well as diverse Bach landscapes make Delliehausen an ideal holiday place to relax and unwind! In 2013, Solling was awarded as a forest area of the year. But the region also offers you plenty of excursions: Nestled between the mountains of the Harz River and the fantastic landscape of the Weserbergland, Delliehausen is an ideal starting point for numerous attractions and sports activities such as hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The popular Weser bike path is just 20 km away. Canoe tours and the boat trips on the Weser are also guaranteed to be bored. Go on a discovery tour: museums, castles, castles, the Sababurg Zoo (33 km), the Neuhaus Wildpark (25 km), a heated outdoor swimming pool in the neighboring town of Volpriehausen and numerous historic half-timbered cities in our area offer a varied leisure program. The Weser-Therme in Bad Karlshafen (35 km) invites you to relax with various brine pools and large sauna area. For the visit to the thermal spa, a bag with hand and sauna towels is already ready for you here for a fee of 10 EUR.
