The Haydon House is a 3 minute walk or 2/10th of a mile to plaza. Charming remodeled- 1930’s bungalow. Original hardwood floors, custom kitchen-dishwasher, laundry room- tumbled marble bathroom w/ shower-tub. French doors open to delightful front porch- looking out to an old citrus tree- cozy fenced backyard. Tree lined street. The space feel like a local - live like a tourist- cook at home or walk to any of our fabulous local resturants- or order in. Perfect for remote work ~ gigabit symmetric fiber internet. Guest access Walk to all restaurants - tasting rooms Grocery stores Shopping In downtown areas Other things to note Dog friendly - with well mannered owners- only. No 4 legged friends on furniture or beds. Extra Sofa and chair protectors provided - if you feel it is needed to protect leather edges. Please clean up after you dog immediately. We supply all our houses with starter Tp rolls / paper towels- laundry- dish- dishwasher soap. For our 30 plus day stay This is intended to supple you for your arrival week or so. Safeway and others supplies can be collected at near by Safeway - CVS etc. (at guest expense) -all within walking distance Garbage pickup- please have cans out to curb Monday night for Tue am pickup. Your cans are shared with my guest house next door to your west at 100 Fitch St. In/out duties are shared. Your 2 cans are located behind the front gate ( to your left as you exit your front door ) please recycle appropriately and do not over fill cans. Ken our gardener will mow and blow on most Wed. Totally Smoke free ZONE!
