Stay in our beautiful two bedroom two bath condo just steps to world famous Carpinteria State Beach! Our condo is a part of the beautiful Solimar Sands complex located across the street from Carpinteria State Beach. This condo is facing the ocean. Our condo is ideal for up to 6 people. It is also ideal for senior couples who love to get away to sunny California every winter. Our condo is 2 story and is also located on the second floor. Please be aware there are stairs only, no elevators. The space Our condo is located on the second floor above the pool on the ocean side. Please be aware the condo is also 2 story and there are only stairs, no elevators. The living area, kitchen, dining area, and 1 bathroom are downstairs and the 2 bedrooms and additional bathroom are upstairs. We have ceiling fans in most rooms and additional stand fans for your comfort. *The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc... *All linens are provided. Towels, sheets, blankets, beach towels, etc... *There are a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. *There are games and books for young and older alike for your use. *Smart TV's in both bedrooms and in living room. Carpinteria is a quaint little town that is easily accessible by walking. There are many unique restaurants, grocery markets, and shops. Every Thursday afternoon a farmers market sets up on the main street.
