Private Single Room (flat shared with host)

A single, small and cosy private room. BT superfast fibre WiFi. Please note you will need a car to get around comfortably. The room creates an ideal base for FT working professionals Mon-Fri only. Room is suitable for short stays only with minimal storage. Working from home is not allowed. Nor for those working night shifts or studying from home. Guests are expected to travel to a work location. Rules: No smoking, visitors not allowed. Washing machine is not available for guest’s use. The space Whilst the kitchen and dining table can be used to prepare and eat your light meals, I’d kindly ask guests to relax in their private room than the lounge area. The master bedroom is not available and out of bounds. Please remove your shoes at the door. This listing is only suitable for working professionals working FT Mon- Fri, 9-5. It is not suitable for those working night shifts or working from home as I’d be working from home during the day. It’s a flat and therefore noise transfers easily. Guests (and the host) expected to observe quiet times after 11pm… i.e. no loud music/tv, cooking meals, appliances such as the dishwasher should not be turned on etc. It’s important to respect people’s rest time. The washing machine is not available for use and the postal address must not be used for any correspondence. Please do not arrange for parcels. Guest access Kitchen, Shared Bathroom I'll ask what you're morning routine is like so we can manage our uses. During your stay I’ll most likely be working from home and will be available to contact in person or via the app should you have any questions. Other things to note There is no public transport in the estate and is a 20 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Please note the only room not accessible is the master bedroom. Please respect quiet time rule after 11 pm. Washing machine is strictly not for guests use (please check Bubbles laundry for your laundry needs).
