Eira's House - cottage

Quinta da Breia is located a few kilometers from the towns of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca. The Casinha da Torre, next to the main house is an old accommodation where you can rest and enjoy the farm environment. In a mild summer region, you benefit from the proximity of the mountain and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, the rurality of the village of S. Paio de Jolda and easy access that allows you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the coast The space Former threshing floor and warehouse at Quinta da Breia, close to the pool, Casinha da Eira has two floors and is ideal for families with children. The name of the little house refers to the threshing floor and granary outside where we placed an oval garden table with chairs and a barbecue. The entrance door takes us to the hall that gives us access to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with drawers and a wardrobe and is next to the bathroom complete with bath and shower, sink, bidet and toilet. At the end of the hallway the other bedroom has two beds, a nightstand and a dresser. The bedroom windows face the garden and the house's extensive lawn. Climbing 4 steps we go from the hall to the living room where we have a sofa and two armchairs, a dining room table with chairs and a china cabinet. In winter you can light the ancient stove. The small kitchen is disguised inside a closet. There is a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, two gas burners, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. All linen in the house is provided by us. House cleaning is provided after 8 days. A welcome pack with various food products is offered upon arrival and a daily supply of fresh bread is provided (June, July, August and September only). During your stay you can enjoy the outdoor pool (May to September), a games park, have a barbecue in your outdoor space, ride a bike, take a short ride in the canoes, and use the shared washing machine.
