Perfectly situated on the more sought-after side of the marina, it’s just steps from popular spots like the Old Navy restaurant, Häagen-Dazs, and the Mayflower restaurant. From the balcony, you can relax with a glass of wine while taking in the lively promenade - perfect for people-watching and soaking in the marina’s vibrant atmosphere. It’s just a 30-second stroll to immerse yourself in the heart of the marina, yet the apartment remains peacefully quiet, with music from nearby venues never becoming intrusive. As owners with young children, we love enjoying the balcony as our front-row seat to the action - while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of our own space. The apartment is accessed by one flight of stairs, and if you're traveling with a pram or buggy, there’s a storage area on the ground floor. Interior & Amenities The apartment is designed for comfort, blending calming beige tones with fresh coastal blues. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to dine in, including a small fridge with freezer compartment. Local supermarkets are just a five-minute walk away, and larger grocery stores in Quarteira or Almancil are easily reached by car in under 10 minutes. The living area features a full dining table with seating for six and a large, easy-to-open sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. There’s plenty of cabinet space for your belongings, and from the sofa you can enjoy either the marina view or our large flat-screen Smart TV. It includes international channels, Netflix, YouTube, and more. Fast, reliable fibre optic Wi-Fi is included, with the password provided upon check-in. The private bedroom, styled in a sleek black-and-white theme, includes a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Although technically a studio apartment, we’ve added a sliding door to offer privacy and create a separate sleeping area. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and includes a spacious walk-in shower. Who It's For This apartment is ideal for couples and families with children of any age. It sleeps up to four guests—two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed. Please note that with only one bathroom - accessible through the bedroom - you need to bear in mind the guests of the bedroom may de disturbed if the guests on the sofa bed need to visit the bathroom at night! Additional Features - Secure parking space, next to the apartment, within a gated communal area (remote control provided inside the apartment - so please park up, access the apartment and then enter with the car). - Close proximity to Vilamoura’s two beaches - one just five minutes away beside the Tivoli Marina hotel, and the other around 15 minutes on foot (or easily accessed by the local ferry). - Both beaches boast soft golden sand, lively beach bars, live music, sunset parties, sangria, and delicious food.
