Family-friendly house in Höllviken

Welcome to the summer idyll Höllviken and our accommodation! With walking distance to Kämpingestranden and proximity to several beautiful beaches in Höllviken, Skanör and Falsterbo, this accommodation offers everything for a lovely stay in Höllviken. On foot, you can also get to the city center where there are cozy restaurants, cafés and a wide range of services. The house is on a corner plot in a quiet residential area with plenty of lush green spaces around. The space Lower floor: - Hallway - Living room with dining furniture for six people, sofa, TV and play corner with plenty of toys. Exit to the wooden deck. - Kitchen with dining area for four people (+junior chair) and standard equipment - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack and exit to the wooden deck. Upper floor: - Bedroom with double bed - Bedroom with single bed (105 cm) - Bedroom with single bed (90 cm) - Bedroom with single bed (90 cm) - Bathroom with bathtub If necessary, there is also an inflatable single mattress and a regular mattress if required. We do not recommend the inflatable mattress and the regular mattress for adults if you want good comfort, but for children they work perfectly. Garden with wooden deck with dining furniture and lounge group. Charcoal grill is available. Smaller lawn, sandbox, playhouse and outdoor toys for children. The nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Malmö can be reached in about 30 minutes by car, Skanör and Falsterbo are about 15 minutes away by car. Walking distance to Höllviken center is about 20-25 minutes. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
