This is a typical country house. The antique furniture and objects tell the story of generations of our family, the books and records invite you to relax, the sunset on the balcony is stunning, the nights are cool and quiet. The house has three en-suites, one bedroom with a shared bathroom, three living rooms and a balcony. The spacious kitchen with a wood-burning oven brings friends together at meals, while the lounge with a fireplace is for enjoying movies, drinks, and card games. The pool is the perfect place to enjoy the region's climate, one of the sunniest in the state of São Paulo. We have a small portable barbecue for picanha fans! The property is cared for by a very nice housekeeper, who lives in a house on the grounds. It is possible to arrange domestic services, such as cleaning and homemade food. Our family also has a buffet service, which can provide meals to guests. The gated community is in a privileged position, on the edge of the Atibaia River and within the Sousas Environmental Preservation Area. Many people take advantage of the many dirt roads through the woods of the region for hiking and cycling, which is organized by specialized companies near the house. In the condominium region, there are equestrian centers, a fishing area, and wineries with wine cellars for tasting. With a short dirt road, the house is 20 minutes from Dom Pedro highway, Shopping Iguatemi, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon. The central region of Campinas is half an hour away. The district of Sousas, with a historic center and many options of markets, bars and restaurants is also 20 minutes away, accessed by a beautiful road that borders the Atibaia River. Also close are the Joaquim Egídio district, Serra das Cabras and the city of Pedreira, famous for its porcelain and from where you can visit the charming cities and stunning nature of the Circuito das Águas Paulista. The house is clean, cleaned weekly, kept in good condition. But it's time for some normal repairs: the facade painting is old, a wall in the bedroom corridor is peeling and there are small cracks in the larger and smaller suites. It is precisely in order to raise funds for these small renovations that we have opened the house to guests, so we count on your understanding! My sister is going to build a little house and a fish pond at the entrance to the farm, more than 100 meters away from the house, the leisure area and the orchards. The leveling of the land has already been done, so there is a stretch with hills of cut earth. The area is completely separated from the attractions of the farm; it cannot be seen from the house, the pool, or the garden. It also poses no risks, it's just land. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests, except the caretaker's house. Other things to note Since we have two very gentle cats in the house, we only allow the hosting of other gentle cats and gentle small and medium-sized dogs. This is not a house for events, guests can have parties with each other, not exceeding the limit of ten people in the house. The house does not have a physical space for the barbecue, only a small portable barbecue to be used outdoors. The price of the stay varies according to the number of guests, increasing from the seventh guest.
