Lavender Cottage - Cosy Cotswold Retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, Lavender Cottage provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lavender Cottage is a picturesque, chocolate box cottage located a stones throw from Cirencester town and Fairford. 3 guests can enjoy the beautifully decorated cottage and cosy up in the evening by the log burner. Fully private front and back gardens give guest the choice of where to relax after a day exploring the nearby Cotswold must-sees. The space Guests at Lavender Cottage have full and private access to the property throughout their stay. Tall gate at the front entrance of the cottage provides privacy for guests. Walk through the front porch into the cosy sitting room with log burning stove. This leads to the newly fitted modern and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the master with luxurious double bed and a second bedroom with single bed. Please note the single bedroom has a curtain covering instead of a door which kiddies tend to love! Family bathroom is located downstairs and has a large skylight which allows sunlight to stream in throughout the day. Access to the garden can be gained through the back stable door off the kitchen or at the front of the property. Just to make you aware, we do supply a travel cot and highchair which are situated in the boiler cupboard in the master bedroom. Please let us know if you wish to use this equipment and we can get it out and ready for your stay. We do however ask for guests to bring all bedding for the travel cot as this is NOT provided. There is a stair guard situated at the bottom of the stairs but not the top. Other things to note Please note, we allow dogs to stay from April-September at an additional £35/dog per stay which you will be invoiced for after your booking has been accepted. We may make exceptions throughout the rest of the year so please message to enquire if needed. Dogs are to remain downstairs at all times and off all furniture. A stair guard is in situ at the bottom of the stairs.
