The attic at 'Hartwell Farm' with light breakfast

Hartwell Farm is a 500 year old family dwelling. The accomodation consists of an unusual attic room with lounge and seating area. There is a wealth of beams in the room with the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom. The farm is in a quiet road but only minutes from the centre of the village where there are a couple of great pubs and a super cafe. It's also really accessible to the university and Milton Keynes and Bedford. There are some lovely walks around the farm including woodlands and lakes The space The farm house is ideal for visiting Cranfield University. There is an excellent bus service a few minutes from the farm. The area is great for getting to Milton Keynes and Bedford and is only a few minutes drive from junction 13 and 14 of the M1. We are also only a 20 minute drive to the main line stations of Milton Keynes and Bedford which enjoy great rail links to London and the Midlands. Guest access You will have access to the attic which is s large bed sitting room with its own ensuite facilities and you have your own kitchen with washing machine/dishwasher/oven/hob/microwave to prepare any meals and this is where breakfast is served too There are plenty of fabulous walks around the farm and a couple of lovely dogs to join you. During your stay There will nearly always be someone around to chat to you as we are a busy working establishment. Other things to note The farm yard has an electric gate which you will need the code to access. You can park your car in the yard as there is plenty of room. There are also a number of pigs and often piglets nearby which you are welcome to go along and meet. As well as lots of sheep in the pastureland at certain times of the year. They are very friendly. Please note that access to the attic is via a steep staircase which some guests may find tricky.
