On a private lane with views across the valley to a 12th century church this is a peaceful location and is ideally situated between London and the south coast. I'm in an area of outstanding natural beauty which is rich in both history and culture. The space Staying in my house you'll enjoy a spacious, peaceful environment with all the comforts of home. It's easy to travel into London with hourly trains just over a mile away. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and the Ashdown forest are just a few miles away and there are masses of historical houses and places of interest to visit. Brighton and the south downs are within easy reach - great for shopping, walking and sight seeing. Guest access My guests have a spacious double room with use of a separate private bathroom. Breakfast is taken in the kitchen/diner and you are welcome to relax in the garden, summer house or conservatory. The well equipped kitchen may be used to prepare/ eat your own food if you prefer to self cater rather than visit one of the many lovely pubs and restaurants in the area. During your stay I love my house and have lived here for over 30 years. I can tell you about the best places to visit and help you get the most out of this stunning area - however if you wish to be private I'm happy to leave you to yourself. The house is big enough for my visitors to remain undisturbed by my presence.
