Formerly a successful four-star B & B, Gallery 53 is now available to rent in its entirety Nestled amongst independent shops, restaurants, pubs; 4-minute walk to beach and near East Hill for coastal walks It's on the parade route for Old Town events e.g “Jack in the Green”, Bonfire Night, Carnival week - all passing right under the windows The space Stylishly decorated, the house is a three storey bay-fronted property - perfect for families with children and larger groups. The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) - large kitchen/dining room and lounge area. The 1st floor: Large kitchen/dining room: Seating for 10 and a highchair. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine with pods supplied, cooking utensils and plenty of crockery for all cooking and dining needs. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge: A charming bohemian lounge with two sofas, chaise lounge and working fireplace. Boasts a working (and tuned!) piano along with SmartvTV, DVDs, board games and hundreds of books for hours of entertainment. 2nd Floor Master Family bedroom1: Beautiful front-facing room with bay window. Has a double bed and sofa bed for two small children or one older child, there is also a single sofa bed for one child - or space for a travel cot instead. This bedroom also has its own family bathroom situated downstairs, with roll-top bath and shower cubicle. Double bedroom 2: At the back is a lovely double bedroom with wash basin and an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd floor: Double bedroom 3: A large bedroom at the front of the house with a king-size bed, wash basin and single sofa bed or space for a travel cot instead. Double Bedroom 4: At the back is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and views of the East Hill. Double bedroom 5: At the back is the fifth bedroom with a double bed and views of the East Hill Bathroom: This floor has a bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. Additional sleeping arrangements: We have two travel cots which we can supply to the rooms as mentioned above and detailed below: We recommend a maximum of 10 adults with extra space for the following: -3-4 additional children – 2 x younger children (or one older child) in sofa bed. 2 x children on single sofa beds, or 2 babies/toddlers in travel cots. All rooms have sumptuous bedding and towels provided. We can supply bedding for the sofa bed and fold-up beds if needed. We do not supply cot bedding. Pets: Up to 2 house-trained well-behaved dogs are allowed. Parking: Being on the High Street of the Old Town, we don’t have private parking. There are nearby long stay car parks and free residential parking within walking distance. We can help give further advice as needed. Please note: We do not accept late night parties or hen/stag bookings. Guest access The door to the property is located in Post Office passage. You will have access to the entire house. The garden flat is separate and can not be accessed during your stay.
