Banana Beach Villa

With breathtaking sea view and a three minute walk (on a private path) to the amazing Banana Beach, our newly built 70sqm villa is the perfect place for a private, quiet and safe vacation. Banana Beach, world-renowned for its turquoise waters, golden sand and mesmerizing sunsets, is considered among the most beautiful and exclusive beaches of Skiathos island. The space Our villa is situated in the middle of a private 14.000 sqm (3.5 acres) property surrounded by olive trees with an amazing view to the Aegean sea. The property offers privacy and tranquility. It is the perfect place for a safe and serene vacation. Our guests can use the private pool of 15m x 3m. The villa has two main bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be connected to a double if desired. In addition, there is an internal top floor (like an attic) with two more beds (better suited for children since the ceiling is a bit low!) and a sofa in the living room area that can be converted into a bed. There are two bathrooms, (one of them en-suite), solar heated water, air conditioning, a washing machine and a basic kitchen (including a fridge, microwave, kitchen stoves (no oven) , coffee machine and serving equipment. There is also a big Weber gas bbq outside of the kitchen where you can cook and grill almost anything (provided you know how to use it!). The outdoor space offers a variety of possibilities with a dining area and breath-taking view, offering an idyllic setting for a sunset cocktail and a refreshing swim in the pool. In just about three minutes walk through our private path, you will reach the amazing Banana Beach. When you reach Banana Beach, (about 150m to your right), you will find the five star Elivi Beach hotel where drinks, beverages, food, sunbeds and aqua sports (water-ski, tubes, Sup etc) are available. Walking a bit further you will find the Small Banana Beach (it used to be the nudist beach of Skiathos, not sure if it still is!). Our Villa is about 13km from Skiathos town (approx. 20 minutes by car or public transportation) and about 5 minutes from the famous koukounaries beach. Small supermarkets and various restaurants are available approx. 5 minutes by car from the villa. Walking is possible but the road is very steep and tiering so a vehicle is needed. Skiathos is an amazing island with great beaches and you will certainly need to hire a car (preferably a 4x4!) in order to explore its beauty! Please note that if you are not a confident driver, you should choose an automatic transmition vehicle since the road to the villa is very steep (better to avoid cars with very weak engines).
