Amsterdam and Haarlem are easily accessible by bus (approx. 15 min. walk to bus stop). 1 sleeping place for 2 people (doubter), a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and refrigerator (solar powered). No pets allowed. Max. 2 adults. Several restaurants are available on the boulevard (about 20 minutes walk from beach house). Free parking car. The space 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 separate bedroom (doubter) with shower (hot water) and toilet. An outdoor shower is also available for after swimming. Electrical appliances cannot be connected (hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). Guest access All areas Other things to note The beach house is tiny and without heating (electricity via solar panels and gas for cooking via gas bottle (no energy label necessary). Maximum suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed (association policy). No noise allowed after 10 p.m. and no parties. It may only be rented for a few days on an annual basis. We always give a personal instruction upon arrival at the beach house.
