Home in Poynings

A spacious light and airy double room with en-suite shower room is available in this unusual Victorian house. Breakfast included. The space There are two pubs within easy reach - one in Poynings and one in the next village - approximately a mile. Both serve good food and beer. All bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI available. Check in is normally after 4pm but please contact me if you need to make specific arrangements. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The self serve continental breakfast is provided in a separate downstairs room where French windows open onto the garden. A microwave and refrigerator are provided for your exclusive use. This bed room has a king sized bed which can be split into two singles on request. I have two double rooms available one on this listing and one under South Downs village. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the large living room where TV is available. This room has a large wood burning stove making it very cosy on colder days. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden, to sit and relax, eat breakfast, etc. During your stay We will always be in the house during your stay. However we respect your privacy and will keep our distance unless help or advice is required Other things to note We have a cat which is not allowed into the guest bedrooms but otherwise has free run of the house and garden.
