The space This is a 750sq Bungalow, totally renovated. 1 bedroom, queen size bed. 1 bathroom with a tub & shower combo. The entire home is all hardwood floors & tile through out. Living room has a small sofa for 2 guest. The dinning area has a table & chairs to seat 2 guest. There are T.V’s in the living room & bedroom, dedicated work area with Desk & Chair in the bedroom. There is central heat & air conditioning. Included are also a washer & dryer. There is a very nice back yard with a table, chairs and umbrella to unjointed the back yard. Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTY’S. NO extra guest not registered. NO GUEST UNDER 21 unless approved BY HOST. Your own infant or child is fine . Check out time has been changed to 10:00 AM . With several guest not leaving on time , and staying 30 min plus over . There will be a $50.00 late check out fee . Please contact host if you have questions on check out time . Guest access Entire house, & back yard. Park in driveway please. Only 1 car can park in driveway. There is also Street parking . PLEASE DO NOT open the gate and NO parking beyond gate.
